The private residential building will be one of the most striking buildings in the area. The slim-line design, coupled with the new much lower office building, will mean that sight lines and accessibility through the scheme will be significantly improved.

The residential building will comprise up to 243 apartments.

The scheme also includes 56 affordable homes on site in two separate buildings.

There will also be a children’s play space included within the affordable residential element of the development.
